A Painter

Yesterday Will and I were working on an Easter craft. Our painting sessions don't normally last very long because like everything else the paint/paintbrush usually ends up in Will's mouth. Yesterday was different though. He had so much fun painting, and I loved every second of watching him. So much so that I had to run downstairs to grab the camera! Naturally as soon as I held up the camera to take a picture the paintbrush went straight into his mouth. Baby steps…

I love to do handprint painting. I just never want to forget those chubby little hands. So you can imagine how quickly I melted into a puddle on the floor when Will looked at his hand, painted it, and stamped it onto his paper. I don't think I will ever forget that! Such a sweet little moment.
